Visitors

It is always a joy to see long-time friends and to make new ones. In mid-August we were blessed by visits from Wayne and Barb Vibbert and the Van Valin family. Wayne and Barb led a VISA team from the Spring Arbor Free Methodist Church to Hope Africa University in Bujumbura, Burundi. The team worked there for 3 weeks and the Vibberts will be there for 6 months.

Mark was our pastor at West Morris St. Free Methodist Church for 13 years. Now that they live in Spring Arbor, MI, we don't get to see them often. We were so glad to have a few days to visit at Kibogora.

Last week we welcomed Dr. Art and Sylvia Brown and Bishop David and Lavonne Kendall for a brief visit. They spent several weeks visiting various missions and churches in Africa. We're glad they came to Kibogora before heading back home! Lavonne (Brubaker) Kendall and Dave discovered some common roots and friends in the Ohio Conference. It was a great time
of encouragement and fellowship.
